Rental Fee = Cost of Room & Equipment
Caution Fee = Refundable fee equal to Rental Fee
- Full payment of Rental & Caution fees are payable at least 7 days in advance of scheduled event.
- Notice of cancellations is to be made at least 5 days in advance. Failure to notify the Tobago Information Technology Limited within the stipulated timeframe will result in refund of Caution Fee Only.
- Refund of Caution Fee should be made on the requisite application form and submitted to TITL no more than 1 week after the date of event. All refunds are subject to the room and equipment being returned in a condition acceptable to TITL.
- All COVID-19 protocols and guidelines must be adhered to regarding physical distancing, use of mask and sanitizing. All guests must sign contact list and have temperature taken on entry to compound.
