The 211 Contact Centre has been selected by the Tobago COVID-19 Multidivisional Task Force to facilitate the establishment of a COVID-19 hotline in Tobago.
The hotline can be accessed by calling 800 – HEAL (4325) and will be available seven days a week to Tobagonians who are exhibiting flu-like symptoms. The hotline will be answered by a 211 agent and then directed to a doctor attached to the Tobago Regional Health Authority (TRHA). The caller will then be interviewed and advised on accessing medical attention if necessary.
211 is the only contact centre on the island and is managed by the Tobago Information Technology Limited (TITL).
